Cross'iT tries to make paying for orders as easy and seamless as possible. We accept all major credit cards;  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, COD, cashier’s checks, money orders or cash for online purchases.

Sales Tax

All sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws in which the order is being shipped. The tax calculation shown online is only a quote. There are situations where this quote will differ from the total charged. Once your order is finalized, the sales tax will be re-calculated based on city, state, county and district tax rates. The difference between the two is usually no more than a few cents.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping rate is $5.95 and $0.50 each additional item. The item(s) will typically arrive between 3-8 business days. Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard shipping rate is $18.95 and $0.50 each additional item. The item(s) will typically arrive  in 7-30 business days. Shipping for all other international locations typically arrives in 10-20 business days, depending upon region. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as customs fees and independent carrier fees. All Canadian and International orders are ship via USPS. Cross'iT does not ship to International freight forwarders.

Returns

​

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because we deal in Custom work several types of goods are exempt from being returned.


Apparel Items that have been used/washed any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. However If there is a material defect or a printing defect we will offer a discount or to reprint problem shirts. We are unable to offer a return for custom printed merchandise.

Reference your order/invoice number.
Tell us what is wrong.
If possible, take a photo of the issue (we may request this later).
We will respond within 7 business days.
